Emergency Response provides you and your team with the tools needed to communicate vital information in real-time during emergency situations.
Select the desired worksite and date from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen, then click the Emergency Response icon in the left toolbar . This brings you to the Emergency Response dashboard.
The Missions tile provides a list of all active missions and previous missions, with the default filter set to this month. Here you can view such information as mission name and date, location, responding MRO (mine rescue officer), emergency type, status, and actions. Scroll to view; rearrange by clicking on the headings. You can also sort by date in the upper right corner, by selecting from Today, This Week, or This Month.
Mission Status Overview

Status icon indicating that a mission is In Progress. Depending on the Status of the mission the logged in user can perform certain actions.

Status icon indicating that the Captain and Briefing Officer have finalized the mission for all mission teams and the MRO has closed the mission. The MRO can complete the MRO Review documentation and ’Finalize’ the report while all other users are able to view the mission in read-only mode.

Status icon indicating that the MRO has completed the MRO Review documentation and 'Finalized' the Mission. All users with access can view the mission in read-only mode The mission is also available to view and download as a pdf report.
(Blue eye or green eye)
Action icon indicating that the mission can be viewed. Depending on the Status of the mission the logged in user can perform certain actions. The outline is green for in progress missions and black for MRO Review Pending or Completed missions. If a lock icon is present, this means the mission is protected and requires a PIN to access.

Action icon displayed when the logged in user is the MRO assigned to a mission. It indicates that the Captain and Briefing Officer have finalized the mission for all mission teams and is now available to be reviewed and closed by the MRO.

IN PROGRESS
- The mission has not yet been signed off by both the captain and the briefing officer for all mission teams.
- The team documentation (map markup, O2, equipment, manage team details, and updates) is editable if both the Captain and Briefing Officer for a team have not finalized the mission.
- The Captain and Briefing Officer have the option to finalize the team mission on ’Exit’ for the active team.
MRO REVIEW PENDING
- Captain and Briefing Officer have finalized the mission for all mission teams and the MRO has not closed the mission.
- The circular arrow status icon and the exclamation point action icon are displayed when logged in as the MRO assigned to the mission and the MRO has not closed the mission. The MRO can view team(s) mission documentation or Close Mission when the Action icon is clicked.
- The circular arrows and green action eye are displayed when logged in as all other users and the MRO has not closed the mission. Users can join the mission in read only mode for mission teams and create a new team if needed in Manage Team.
MRO REVIEW PENDING – MRO Closed Mission
- If the MRO has closed the mission, the green checkmark with no fill status icon and the Action eye are displayed for all users.
- All mission team(s) documentation is read-only and no new teams can be created.
- When logged in as the MRO assigned to the mission, Mission Summary Report, MRO Feedback Sheet and MRO Comments are available on all team artifacts. 'Exit' gives the MRO the option to finalize mission if Mission Summary Report and MRO Feedback Sheet are completed.
- When logged in as another user then can view all teams' artifacts in read-only, 'Exit' returns to dashboard.
- The mission is available to view and download as a pdf report in the Missions List View.
COMPLETED
- MRO has completed the MRO Review documentation and 'Finalized' the Mission.
- The mission is viewable in read-only for all logged in users that have permissions to view, including mission summary report, MRO feedback sheet and optional MRO comments.
- Clicking 'Exit' will return the user to the Emergency Response dashboard.
- The mission is available to view and download as a pdf report in the Missions List View.
Network Status & PIN Status
The Internet connectivity status symbol can be found at the top of the main righthand toolbar (above the mission name). The icon displays green when there is a connection, and grey when there is no connection. If the network connection is lost during a mission, the system will continue to operate and collect data, and sync once a connection is re-established.
If the mission is PIN protected, a lock icon appears at the top of the panel next to Internet connectivity status symbol.
