Incident and Event Management allows you to complete a worksite incident investigation while creating a report of the incident.
Shown above is the main Events dashboard. Tiles appearing on this dashboard include:
1. Report Incident – This is where you can quickly launch an incident, whether you're online or offline.
2. LAG Indicators – Shows how many incidents have been reported. The indicators are separated into different categories – such as First Aid Injuries, Lost Time Injuries, and Near Misses.
3. Incident Actions – Displays how many actions are currently pending for the site and shows how many are completed. It also shows the user the priority actions to ensure these actions are completed first.
4. Incidents Feed – Provides a brief overview of incidents in the system. It displays the date the incident was recorded, name given to the incident, general site, type of incident, specific location, and status.
