Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are a type of performance measurement, providing detailed insights on safety compliance and trends. The ability to create or edit KPIs is limited to company administrators.
To view your KPIs, you first need to access your Settings by clicking the gear icon at the bottom of the main left toolbar.
On the Settings dashboard, click More... in the KPIs and Forms tile.
On this screen, you can sort existing KPIs by name, monthly target, related forms, and supervisor(s). Clicking on any of these headings will change the order of the list.
Once you have found the desired KPI, you can edit the information by clicking on the pencil icon at the right. When you have edited the information, click Save to save changes or Cancel to go back without saving.
If you want to delete an existing KPI, find it on the list and then click the trash icon at right.
Creating a KPI
On the KPIs and Forms dashboard, make sure the KPIs section is highlighted in orange. You can create a new KPI by clicking the + icon or Create New KPI button.
A New KPI entry line appears on the screen. The KPI can be linked to the completion of forms, have a monthly target, and have supervisors linked to the KPI. Click the pencil icon at right to add or change KPI data. You can then select Save, or Cancel to go back without saving.
