Select Settings (gear icon) from the main toolbar. This brings up the Settings dashboard with the Maps tile.
Select the desired worksite and date from the top dropdown menus, then go to the Maps tile to view map(s).
Select from current maps list or click the arrow in the bottom right corner to take you to the Map Locations dashboard.
Map Locations Dashboard
On the left side of the Map Locations dashboard, click on the headings to view current Maps and Locations. In the image above, the Mine Map 1 map has been selected. To configure the map, click the Configure Map button in the lower right corner.
You can also turn a map on/off by clicking the toggle to the right of the map name. Green with a check mark means the map is activated, grey with white circle means the map has been deactivated.
Map Configuration
To get detailed map views, you can zoom in and out clicking on the + or - buttons on the left side of the screen.
To add a new location, click the green location button and drag it to the desired area of the map.
Enter the name of the location in the search field. If the location already exists you can select it, if it is a new location continue entering the name. When you are ready, click Done to save your work or click Cancel to not save your work.
When you are back on the Map Configuration screen after creating new locations, click the Save button to save your work (or Cancel to not save your work).
A confirmation pop-up will let you know that the map has been successfully configured, along with the associated project and personnel access. Click Done to finish.
Adding a Map
To add a new map, click Add Map in the maps section of the left-side panel on the Map Locations dashboard.
You can upload a map file, give the map a name, version and description of the map details. The maximum upload size is 15 MB. You can also expand the description area by click the arrows in the top right corner of the description box.
When you have finished, click the Configure button in the lower right corner to add locations to the map. Follow the steps above in Map Configuration to configure map locations. If you do not require locations, click Save.
