To access users, select Settings (gear icon) from the main toolbar, located at the left of the screen.
Select the desired worksite and date from the top dropdown menus. A list of recent users appears in the Users tile. In the image above, this tile is located in the top left corner.
Select a name from the list to bring up the individual User Profile, or press the arrow button in the corner of the tile to bring up the Users dashboard.
Users Dashboard and Exporting Data
You can scroll through the list of users on the Users dashboard, or use the search bar to find an individual users. Clicking on the eye icon to the right of a user's name brings up their User Profile.
Select the Export Data button in the lower right corner to generate an Excel file containing a list of users. You can generate a list of all users, or select a list of users by clicking on the circle to the left of their names.
Each User Profile provides name details, contact information, and user permissions. Selecting the Enable Edit button allows you to update certain fields, including adding a user photo, or toggling on/off their active status. When you have finished editing the profile, select Save, Reset Fields, or Cancel.
Users can also access and update certain fields (name, photo, contact information) in their own user profile by clicking their thumbnail image on the main dashboard, or by going to the Settings dashboard.
Creating a New User
On the Users dashboard, click the Create User button in the lower right corner.
Fill in the contact information and assign permission roles. When you are finished, click the Submit button. You can also select the Reset Fields or Cancel buttons.
If you are adding a user not requiring a login, uncheck the Login Enabled? field.
